Ben Parrish launched Parrish Entertainment + Sports in 2019 to create content influenced by his passions for premium access sports and big formats and stories. His partners since the company's inception have included Endeavor Content, NHL Network, The Content Group, NFL, Warner Bros, Side Car Content and The CW. Ben was also an Executive Producer on the motion picture Team Marco which world premiered at the 2019 Mill Valley Film Festival (winner of the Audience Choice for Best Family Film).
Prior to launching his own shingle, Ben was formerly Head of Unscripted Programming at Campanario Entertainment for four years. He launched and led the company’s expansion into unscripted television worldwide. Ben co-created and produced Campanario’s original format Undercover Parent (Padres Encubiertos) in Mexico and packaged worldwide comedy brand The Laugh Factory into the syndicated Spanish-language comedy special, Laugh Factory En Español.
Ben also negotiated unique partnerships for the company with Warner Bros Int'l, renowned British journalist Tim Marshall (NYT best-seller, Prisoners of Geography) and optioned Campanario original format Chef Gladiator to NBC's Universal Alternative Television. In 2018, he and Jaime Davila consulted on the expansion of Netflix's hit cooking competition format Nailed It! to bring the show to the Mexico territory with Magical Elves. Under Parrish's guidance, Campanario also produced the groundbreaking Bravo series Mexican Dynasties alongside Shed Media.
Before Campanario, Ben was Head of Development and Production at Stone & Company Entertainment, where he steered the sale of eleven projects over his final two years, including the hit game show, Paradise Run (Nickelodeon), while also creating the critically acclaimed all-access series, A Season With Notre Dame Football (Showtime). His extensive relationships throughout the collegiate athletics landscape led to unprecedented access for Showtime to enter behind-closed-doors to some of America’s elite college football teams.
In his free time, Ben works as an assistant wrestling coach at Harvard-Westlake School in Studio City, CA. He is also an avid outdoorsman, skier, a major sports fan and a proud graduate of Elon University.
